Fresh Cauliflower Salad Recipe

This salad has been a family staple for years, it makes to every family celebration. I tried adding a few new things to this salad, cucumber and garlic. I love how crunchy and healthy this salad is. Definitely a keeper.

Instructions 

Break or cut cauliflower into tiny pieces, place it in a bowl and set a side.
Chop cucumber and cherry tomatoes, add to cauliflower. Stir in mayonnaise, pressed garlic, parsley and season with salt and pepper.
