This baked Brie with jam features melty, gooey cheese and your choice of jam. It’s an unbelievably quick and easy appetizer that feels like a warm hug!

Whenever Tim and I have a quiet night at home, I love making baked Brie to snack on while we watch a movie. There’s something so satisfying about scooping up the stretchy melted cheese, and the buttery, nutty flavor and creamy texture is to-die-for. If I’m hosting, this baked Brie is also the perfect starter because it looks so impressive but takes almost no effort to make. I recommend serving it with baguette slices, crackers, honey, nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, or almonds), grapes, and/or pears. I can’t wait to hear what you guys think!

How To Make Baked Brie with Jame
This baked Brie recipe can barely be called a “recipe” — that’s how easy it is. Smear the jam on, pop the Brie in the oven, and dig in!
- Prepare the oven and pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or use a Brie baker (any shallow baking dish like this one will work).
- Spread the jam on the Brie: Place the Brie in the center of the baking sheet or dish and spread the jam evenly on top of it.
- Bake and serve: Bake the Brie for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and melty. Garnish and serve it right away.

Tips For Perfect Baked Brie
I looove simple dishes like this baked Brie. There’s a type of beauty about using fewer ingredients and really letting them shine… especially when you follow these four tips.
- Keep the rind on. You don’t have to eat the rind, but I recommend keeping it on so the cheese holds its shape while baking.
- Use your favorite jam. I usually grab anything that I have on hand —raspberry jam, strawberry jam, blackberry jam, fig jam, and apricot jam are all amazing.
- Bake until the cheese is melty. For gooey perfection, keep an eye on the oven and pull the cheese out as soon as it melts (about 10-15 minutes).
- Spruce it up with a garnish. Balance the sweetness of the jam with fresh rosemary sprigs, fresh thyme, and/or orange zest.

Storage & Reheating
I highly recommend enjoying this baked Brie warm out of the oven (it won’t last long), but any leftovers can be refrigerated for up to three days in an airtight container once fully cooled. To reheat, pop the Brie back into the oven at 350°F for a few minutes until it melts.
