Since it is the beginning of the new year, I have decided to do a little nutrition diet. I got myself a MyFitnessPal app to keep track of all the calories. It is interesting to learn all about the foods that I have been eating, plus, because “everyone” is losing weight right now, it’s easier to stay motivated.

We have always liked frozen bananas because they actually do taste like popsicles. Additionally, I’ve decided to add Nutella and peanut butter, for flavor and creaminess. The turnout was truly delicious, plus guilt-free. Yes, the texture isn’t exactly the same, but the taste is very satisfying.
