- 1 oz Butter melted
- 2 large Eggs beaten well
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 oz Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Jack Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes diced
- 1 tbsp Yellow Onions diced
- Salt to taste
Using an 8-inch, non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Beat eggs with milk. Place mixture on skillet.
Add the eggs begin to coagulate, add the 3 cheeses evenly over the eggs.
Add tomatoes and onions, when omelet is cooked through, fold it together.
