I couldn't wait to share this one pan dish with you. Having Klement’s Sausage on hand, makes this dish so effortless. You don't really need to accompany this recipe with side-dishes, since it's all there.

I dont know about you, but for me having kids back at school is exciting, although at the same time our life became more hectic. We now have to be on a go-go schedule for all after-school activities and homework.

We love a good Italian dish in our family, but we try to keep pasta for a special occasion or weekend. You all know what happens when you eat a bit much of pasta. :)
A friend of mine shared this recipe with me and I knew I had to share it with you all. It's simple to prepare and almost guilt free, gluten free for sure. It does reheat perfectly, so we were able to pack it for work lunch...

Every year we take a cabin trip with my family. That's where I get a lot of recipe ideas from my sisters. My oldest sister studied to be a chef and she has always been my inspiration for cooking.
While on the trip, she made this yakisoba noodles recipe. It was so bomb, I had to share it with you.
The recipe is actually very simple and quick to prepare. I love the amount of...

I first tried Korean Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Noodles when my manager at work brought it for a potluck. It was literally one of the best things I've tried, made me go back for refills. Each time we have a potluck, we keep asking her to make it. I stole this recipe from her and lately have been practicing at home to get a handle of it.
It's perfect for hosting, because it makes a huge...

This recipe came around when I was thinking of the ways I can eat healthy while being on a Whole30. I love the flavors and the way you feel after you eat a dish like this. It keeps you satisfied for hours and at the same time you feel light.
The cool thing is that if you do have leftovers, the next day it tastes like canned fish. I would totally double the recipe next time!

I am excited to share this dish with you! Unless you live in tropical areas, you're probably enjoying the change of the season. The weather is just perfect for this comfort food.
One thing I love the most, is that this is easy and can be done in one pot. It reheats amazing and can be used for work lunch the next day. Kids and adults approved, this is always a win!

This Creamy Spinach Tomato Tortellini Recipe is right on with the flavors. I love the creamy flavor of sauce while it's still full of vegetable flavors. The dish itself is incredibly simple and can be made within minutes, which makes it perfect for work nights or unexpected guest.
The recipe came from my coworker Charlie. He used Italian sausage in his dish, but I went with ground beef...

I can't believe that it has been a year of me working in Seattle. I took the job as a challenge, but it worked out to be such a great opportunity for me. The hardest part is waking up at 4am and having a long commute, but otherwise I love it all.
While working in Seattle, I've been discovering some local restaurants. There is this tiny place to a side of a building that serves freshly...
