Baked Pears Recipe

The idea of a baked pear came from a recent cruises that we took. Food options were endless, but I always loved to choose their baked pears for breakfast. It brought back memories from my childhood, when my grandmother prepared baked pears for us, as little kids.

Baked pears make a perfect choice for breakfast.

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 375F. Wash, slice and core the pear. Place pears cut, side up, on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle each piece with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Fill up each pear with ricotta, drizzle with some maple syrup and bake for another 5 minutes.
