Who doesn’t love snacks? As a mom of two school-age boys and as a work-from-home mom, snacks are a MUST in our house. The boys often get home from school and ask for snacks. Tim and I also frequently find ourselves plugging away and our bodies tell us “I need a snack!”
I’ve made a list of 11 snack ideas that I frequently make in my air fryer. This air fryer is probably my most beloved (and most used) kitchen appliance, as it gives such a good crispy crunch to almost everything it cooks (and who doesn’t love a good crisp!). Try these snacks out to see why I’m so obsessed with snacking on air-fried goodness.
Looking for an air fryer? I’ve used a few air fryers over the years, but this one has my heart — and for good reason!
11 Air Fryer Snacks
1. Air Fryer Apple Chips
If you’ve found yourself the proud owners of a bag of delicious apples and you don’t know what to do with them, I suggest air frying them to make apple chips. You’ll hit your daily fruit intake and crunchy chip craving in one go — double win!

2. Air Fryer Kale Chips
Kale is known as a “superfood”, so it’s no surprise that so many people search for different salads and ways to get it into their diet. There’s nothing easier than air frying the leaves up and enjoying the crispy result as a delicious, nutritious snack.

3. Air Fryer Donuts
These air fryer donuts are my guilty pleasure when it comes to snacks that are super sweet and carb rich. I use biscuit dough to make these donuts crazy easy and crazy fast (only 15 minutes!). Go ahead and try them out and see!

4. Air Fryer Quesadillas
Quesadillas are great dinner foods, but if you’re looking for a really easy version to eat as a snack, this is it. Cheese and tortillas are literally the only ingredients you need! Dip them into sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or anything else you like!

5. Air Fryer Potato Chips
No need to put potato chips on your grocery list anymore! Replace them with real potatoes, instead. Slice those real potatoes up real thin and cover them with some oil and salt. Then, air fry! You won’t want to spend another penny on store bought chips again!

6. Air Fryer Baked Apples
Did you know you can make baked apples in the air fryer? They’re done in under 30 minutes and have a delicious sweet cinnamon nutty filling. If you want to add any more of your favorite fillings like raisins or oats, feel free to do so!

7. Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Who doesn’t love fries, right? These sweet potato fries are the guilt-free (non-fried) version that I love so much. Make sure to remember to soak the fries for a bit beforehand so they turn even more crispy after cooking!

8. Air Fryer Tortilla Chips
If there’s one thing I always have in the pantry, it’s homemade tortilla chips made from scratch. They’re a great snack when your craving crunchy chips, or when you have guacamole, salsa, or pico de gallo that you want to dig into. Or, you can use them to make a whole meal of sheet pan nachos!

9. Air Fryer Peaches
These air fryer peaches are soft and juicy on the inside, while still having a bit of a crispy crust on the outside. Add some cinnamon and brown sugar on top to give a more “dessert” flavor, then serve it on a plate with a few scoops of ice cream. They’re 100x better than oven baked versions! Try it!

10. Air Fryer Waffle Fries
Nobody says no to fries, especially these air fryer fries. What’s so good about them? They’re only slightly coated with oil (as opposed to deep-frying) and you can customize the seasoning all to your liking. Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, Parmesan cheese …the flavoring list goes on!

11. Air Fryer Chickpeas
Last but certainly not least, these air fried chickpeas are the lesser known snack of the bunch, but so worth it. Take out a can of chickpeas, wash and dry them, then coat with a little bit of salt and oil. Chickpeas are so so good for you, so there is literally zero guilt with this snack!
