- Shake it up: Shake everything together until it is well-combined. Enjoy immediately, or store chilled.

Ways To Use Honey Dijon Dressing
I’m here to prove that dressing is not just for salads. If you’ve never tried a sweet and tangy drizzle on grilled fish, you’re missing out!!
- Salads: (Duh) I love tossing together leafy greens, quinoa, and this honey Dijon dressing. It’s also great with our ultimate garden salad or bacon Brussels sprout salad.
- Veggies: Just the other day, I mixed this dressing with some roasted broccolini I made, and it was incredible. Try it on grilled zucchini and squash, grilled asparagus, roasted baby carrots, or any of your favorite cooked veggies.
- Proteins: This dressing would be amazing with grilled tilapia, air fryer salmon, or grilled chicken thighs.
- Bread: I love this dressing so much that I would literally smother it on anything. One of my favorite ways to enjoy it is mixing in fresh herbs, then dipping fresh bread into it.

Tips For the Best Honey Dijon Dressing
Don’t be afraid to have a little fun with this recipe! Venture out and customize this honey Dijon dressing to make it your own.
- Use good quality Dijon mustard. The Dijon is the star of the show here, so pick one that you LOVE the taste of. This kind is my favorite!
- Add in any fresh herbs you have on hand. I always have a variety of fresh herbs in my garden or kitchen, so I throw them into almost everything I make. Parsley, chives, dill, thyme, oregano, etc all make tasty additions.
- Adjust the flavors to your preference. This dressing is super customizable, so don’t feel confined to the recipe! If you like a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes and/or fresh minced garlic. If you prefer more sweetness, increase the amount of honey. Some people also love adding a splash of apple cider vinegar.
- Make sure the lid is on tightly before shaking. Yes, I have learned the hard way. And sure, you can whisk this dressing together in a bowl… but shaking is so much more fun!
Storage
This honey Dijon dressing tastes even better as it sits! Make a double batch, and keep it stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Shake the dressing before using.
Hot tip: If you have any leftover dressing, use it as a marinade for chicken, pork, or salmon! The honey in the dressing helps to create a beautiful caramelized crust.
